Terms of Sale

The simple terms that apply when you book with Eileen or buy from the shop — written to be read, not to confuse.

Courses, classes and events

Your place is confirmed once payment is received. Your joining details (including any Zoom link) arrive by email — please check your spam or junk folder if you cannot see them.
Courses and events run on the dates and times shown when you book. Times are given in UK time.
All bookings are non-refundable. Eileen keeps her classes small and plans each course around who is attending, so a booked place cannot be resold at short notice. Please book thoughtfully.
If a course or event is cancelled by us, you will of course receive a full refund.
If something unexpected happens and you cannot attend, do write to hello@eileendavies.co.uk — while refunds are not offered, Eileen will always respond with kindness about what may be possible.

Download links are sent by email straight after purchase and are for your personal use only.
By purchasing, you agree that delivery begins immediately — and that once your download has started, the purchase cannot be refunded (this is the point at which the usual 14-day cancellation period for digital content ends, as UK law allows).
If a download ever fails to work, tell us and we will put it right.

Physical items (such as the Mastery of Mediumship cards) are posted to the delivery address you give at checkout.
Purchases are non-refundable — but if anything arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it or refund you, as UK consumer law provides.

Sitting in the Power and Soul Gatherings are offered freely — all are welcome, nothing is ever owed, and a donation is never expected.

Nothing on this page takes away any right you have under UK consumer law.
