Who we are

This website, eileendavies.com, is run for Eileen Davies, spiritual medium and teacher. If you have any question about your information, simply email hello@eileendavies.co.uk and we will help.

What we collect, and why

• When you send a message — your name, email address, optional phone number and your message, so that Eileen can read it and reply to you personally.
• When you book a course, class or event — your name, email address and your answers to any booking questions, so we can confirm your place, send your joining details (such as Zoom links) and remind you before each session.
• When you buy from the shop — your name, email address and, for physical items, your delivery address, so your order can reach you.
• When you join a free session or a waiting list — your name and email address, so we can send you the session details and let you know when places open.

We never sell your information, never share it for advertising, and never send you marketing you have not asked for. Every automated email we send includes a way to stop receiving it.

Payments

All payments are handled securely by Stripe, our payment provider. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by this website.

Who helps us run the website

A small number of trusted services process information on our behalf, purely to make the website work:

• Stripe — taking payments securely
• Vercel — hosting the website
• Supabase — storing bookings, orders and messages
• Resend — delivering our emails to you
• Cloudflare — delivering your audio downloads

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and there are no analytics that follow you around the internet. Your browser only remembers essential things — such as what is in your shopping basket — which is why you will never see a cookie pop-up here.

How long we keep things

We keep your information only as long as it is needed — for example, order records for our accounts, or your email address while you are subscribed to session reminders. If you would like anything removed, just ask.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email hello@eileendavies.co.uk and we will respond promptly. If you are ever unhappy with how your information has been handled, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
