This course is for those who sense something of their own psychic and mediumistic nature and would like to recognise it, understand it and begin to strengthen it — whether you are entirely new to this work or have been quietly curious for years.

Recognising your own intuitive power for what it is, and learning to lean on it.
Meditative practice
Different ways to sit quietly, and why sitting in the power sits at the heart of them.
Attunement
How to attune, and the part it plays in opening the way for communication.
Practice and support
Exercises to strengthen your ability, with guidance shaped around your own journey.
